Digital claim handling
RMG can offer support on the implementation of a digital claim handling process. We have created several electronic claim forms. The process gives a first check on general conditions, directions of non-disclosure etc. On all claim forms action will be taken within 48 hours or will be sent through a secured line (TLS) to the customer.
